Saphir

What an exceptional crew holds in memory, Saphir holds for everyone, on every stay.

01

Your guests never have to ask twice.

Their preferences arrive before they do. Their cabin recognises them. The menu already knows their allergies.

[ 02 ]What the guest lives

Attention arrives before the request.

Four moments of a stay, as your guest lives them: no account to create, no code to remember, and never having to introduce themselves twice.

[ 03 ]Aboard and ashore

The more the crew recedes, the better the service.

Luxury is not being served often. It is never having to ask. Saphir takes the asking away, so the crew appears only to deliver.

Aboard

Call
One tap, and the request carries their name and cabin with it. No catching anyone’s eye, no interrupting a conversation.
Room service
Order from the cabin at any hour, knowing the galley already holds their allergies.
Bespoke
Thirty white roses for tomorrow morning, a private cove for Thursday: an open field, and the crew takes it from there.
Wellbeing
Hairdressing, massage, coaching: the guest voices the wish, the crew finds the person and sets the time.

Ashore

Tables
A vetted selection around the anchorage, not a directory. The guest chooses from a short list kept by their own crew.
Drivers & tenders
Transfers and shuttles arranged without anyone making three calls from the deck.
Experiences
Days at sea, visits, activities: the wish reaches the crew, who books and confirms.
Booking passed on
The partner receives the number of covers, the time and the allergies. The restaurant knows before the guest walks in.

Every address is vetted before entering the selection, and it is the crew who books. Never the guest who negotiates.

[ 04 ]On the crew side

And everything the crew stops carrying.

01

Preferences arrive before the yacht does

The guest receives a personal link and completes their profile from their own phone, weeks ahead. No more PDF sheet sent back the day before, half-filled, to be re-typed by hand.

02

Provisioning builds itself

Allergies, diets, brands and breakfasts consolidate into one list to close at the dock. At sea there is no second shopping run: what is missing stays missing for ten days.

03

Allergies leave WhatsApp

No more note on someone’s phone or sheet taped up in the galley: the check becomes a safeguard inside the app, verified dish by dish, service after service.

04

Requests stop getting lost

Every call arrives in real time and is assigned to a crew member or a department. Nothing dissolves between deck, interior and galley.

Allergies are health data: European hosting, explicit guest consent, strict per-vessel isolation.

[ 06 ]Who is behind it

Claire Lefevre, chief stewardess and co-founder of Saphir
Claire Lefevre, aboard

Twenty years aboard, and one question that never went away: how do you serve better?

Twenty years in service aboard vessels over sixty metres, some among the largest afloat. Crews of thirty, exacting owners, and guests who have already seen the very best ashore.

At that level, doing well is no longer the question. Crews are excellent. The question is how to go higher still, when the rigour, the training and the means are already there.

The answer is not to be more present. It is to be less present, and never wrong. When a guest’s coffee, waking hour and allergy are already known, there is nothing left for them to ask: the crew appears only to deliver.

That knowledge already existed, in the minds of the people running service. What it did not survive was twenty charters, a crew rotation, or the turn of a season. Saphir makes it transferable, without taking anything away from the craft.

Every feature in this application comes from a moment lived in service.

[ 07 ]Founding offer

The first yachts in Antibes, Cannes and Dubai.

Every vessel is quoted on its own terms.

The number of cabins, the size of the crew, the length of the season: no two vessels ask the same of us. We put a written proposal together after a conversation, with no commitment on your part.

01

Commissioning

We come aboard: installation on your iPads and tablets, configuration of the vessel, cabins and menu, then crew training on site. Nothing for you to prepare.

02

Through the season

Adjustments as charters go by, and direct support, with no ticketing and no waiting.

03

Founding terms

In exchange for your feedback, preferential terms guaranteed for your first two seasons.

Saphir is designed by a working superyacht chief stewardess. Every feature comes from a moment lived in service.

Tell us about your yacht: size, cabins, and when you charter. We come aboard to show you Saphir, then put together a proposal that fits.

We reply within 24 hours, in English or French.
